Short-Stay Options
Designed for individuals and groups staying on campus for a minimum of one month, these fully furnished guest apartments in our Orchard South community feature two bedrooms and one bathroom.
Amenities included in Guest Housing:
- Dinette table with four chairs, sofa, lounge chair, dresser, double bed and/or twin beds, and window treatments
- All utilities, air-conditioning, cable television and television set, and high-speed Internet
- Electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen supplies and utensils
- Linens, pillows, towels
- Iron and ironing board, hair dryer
- On-site parking
Designed for new faculty and staff, visiting scholars, and guests of the University, short-term leases are available primarily in two-bedroom apartments, but one-bedroom and unfurnished apartments are occasionally available.
